This is great, especially if you have a tan and find your skin shift from slightly cool to slightly warm, Matchmaster has got you covered. The undertones in this are neutral meaning they dont sway too pink or yellow or olive or peach. For oilier skinned people i’d say keep a blotting powder or papers with you for touch ups but this should not break up on your face any faster than normal foundations do. This lasts for ever on my normal skin i’m talking 8 hours without having to see my oils come through (Canada is #1 for oil though I must say and my face is no exception in the summer).
I tend to digress from my natural skin shade by one (lighter in the winter and darker in the summer) and have not found this to be off at all. I love the idea of putting my wallet off a diet, allowing it to gain some fat while I can still keep up with the seasons. I dont need to buy 28,192 foundations based on how my skin colour changes throughout the season because this foundation adjusts itself once applied to match my skin tone perfectly. Case in point: your Matchmaster Foundation. However! Occasionally you do remind me why you are a makeup giant and make me feel proud that you are a Canadian born company. Although we have sometimes had our differences – you throw up limited edition collections in spaz-tastic ways that cause great anxiety amongst most MAC lovers, clouding their judgment on occasion causing them to buy products that makes me wonder if your quality control department needs some quality control check of their own.
